We rented the apartment with 3 couples and a 4-months old baby and we had a great time! The place was super clean, modern and well-equipped, exactly as advertised, and the owner and his daughter were very friendly. They also provided a baby bed for us. You should know that one of the rooms (the one with the two separate beds in it) isn´t closed and people who want to go to the second bathroom have to pass it. It wasn´t a real problem for us but it might be for others.

Most of the (roof) windows can only be closed electronically via a little remote control. I first found that annoying but you get used to it and it´s actually pretty practical that you can keep the windows open without worry because they will close automatically as soon it starts raining. However, make sure that you understand how it works when you arrive. It also took us a while to understand that the bathroom doors upstairs can be locked electronically with a switch next to the door. One time we managed somehow to lock ourselves out. This was solved by switching off the electricity for a second.

The place has a spacious garden including furniture, a sunshade and a grill. It´s shared with one more party but we never met them during our stay and the garden is big enough to provide privacy.

The location is not perfect but not bad either. First of all, you need a car because it´s in a tiny peaceful village without any infrastructure. Personally, I prefer that over e.g. the busy and touristy city of Annecy. With a car it´s not a big deal because you can get to the next village (Doussard) in a few minutes where you can find a supermarket, pharmacy etc. Nice places to swim in Lac ´d Annecy are also only a few minutes of driving away and it was a great starting point for numerous marvelous hikes in the area.

Superbe appartement situé parfaitement entre Annecy et station de ski. Appartement entièrement neuf, spacieux, décoré de manière sobre et très bien équipé. Très bon accueil. A conseiller pour séjour entre amis ou famille.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Arclosan. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, modern and well equipped.
The welcome was very warm and we are delighted with these holidays spent in such a beautiful setting "between Lake and Mountains"

Spacious and clean apartment ideally located in the bottom of Lake Annecy, which allows you to easily alternate between walks around Lake Annecy and hiking in the mountains. Note that there is an outside garden available just a stone's throw from the apartment. We did not use it but it has the merit to exist.

Arclosan apartment for 6 people in an old farmhouse typical of the region. Mr Nicollet did a remarkable development work. You will be in a convenient, comfortable and very pleasant place to live. And what about the reception ...... great, at your disposal, accommodating. The location at the end of the lake is very nice and perfect for a reception at Gy's farm.

This is our 2nd stay Between Lake and mountains and we are not disappointed to be back! Like the previous one, the apartment was comfortable, spacious, well equipped, very clean. The welcome is friendly and available. We were able to enjoy the ski resorts about 1/2 hour from Faverges and plan to come back too to enjoy the mountains in summer!

beautiful apartment very well equipped, quiet, with parking at the foot of the mountain and 5 minutes from Lake Annecy. The welcome of the owners is perfect with surprises in the fridge. Would not change a thing.
